Pearson & Co. has recently updated their phone system. You may still use the same number (804-559-4516) to call the office. The only thing that has changed is the extension you previously used to reach your preparer. You will now be asked to punch in a new three-digit extension instead of a two-digit number. Here are the old extensions and the new ones.

If you do not remember the extension when you call in, there are two new ways to find who you are looking for. You will also be able to search by name, and if you wait until the end of the message, you may choose from a list. We hope you find that the changes make it easier to reach us!
