We wanted to share some important information regarding the upcoming tax season.
Please be sure to send your tax information to us no later than Monday, March 2, 2026, so we may have as much time as possible to process the return on time. Sending your information after Monday, March 2 may result in having to file an extension.
Please do not wait for habitual late arriving documents such as K-1’s and 1099’s. Send these once you have them. Having your materials in our office by the assigned due date allows us to better manage the workflow in the office to minimize the size of the “bottle neck” that develops every year during tax season. Also, please do not staple your documents together. Your efforts to comply with these requests are appreciated.
We also strongly encourage you to consider providing bank information for tax payments and quarterly estimates. This will streamline the process by eliminating the need for payment vouchers, envelopes, stamps, and mailing checks. This will also ensure payments are made on time without penalty or interest.
